Apprenticeship is a training path, provided on a work-study basis under an employment contract. The apprentice takes courses while working for an employer. The aim is to give the young person a qualification leading to a diploma or a professional title. To be recruited as an apprentice, the student must be between 18 and 29 years old at the time of signing the contract. For people benefiting from the Disabled Worker recognition, there is no longer an age limit.
It is obviously necessary that the future apprentice passes the admission process and finds an employer.
The apprenticeship contract is a fixed-term or indefinite employment contract. Concluded between an employer and a student who mutually commit to a professional project. With the employer, the apprentice is under the responsibility of the tutor.
The duration of the contract is at least equal to that of the training cycle (1 to 3 years). The duration of the contract can also be modulated. Over a 3-year training cycle, a student can sign an apprenticeship contract in the 2nd or 3rd year. The trial period is 45 consecutive days or not of in-company training. The Apprentice is an employee, he (she) benefits from the same working conditions and the same social protection as the other employees of the structure.
The working time is fixed at 35 hours per week.
CFA ADAMMS is the learning partner of CRFPE. It is the only CFA approved in Hauts de France both specialized in the health and social sectors. It has been in existence since 2000 and has trained nearly 900 apprentices to date. The particularity of ADAMSS CFA is that it is a CFA “outside the walls”, that is to say that the courses are given in partner schools and institutes: the CRFPE for the state degree of EJE.
You can contact CFA ADAMSS which can help you find a future employer: www.cfa-adamsshdf.fr
To participate in the admission process, you must send us the payment.

As part of our international development, the CRFPE is a signatory of the Erasmus + Charter. This allows student mobility (studies and internships) and staff mobility, providing significant financial support. The signing of the charter also makes it possible to legitimize and promote our EJE level 6 training action, license grade since the reform of August 2018.
The CRFPE offers its students / trainees at the end of the 2nd year to carry out an internship abroad as part of their training, lasting 3 months or 7 months.
